Fan-made visual exploration inspired by the world of Oxenfree.
Oxenfree has always felt less like a game and more like a memory you can walk through quiet forests, abandoned places, strange frequencies, and moments that sit somewhere between reality and the unknown.
This poster series is my visual tribute to that feeling.
Rather than recreating scenes directly, I wanted to reinterpret the atmosphere of Oxenfree through minimalist compositions, silhouettes, layered environments, and a limited but emotionally driven color palette.
Each piece focuses on a different fragment of the world:
“The Missing Time” explores the eerie isolation and mystery surrounding the island, dense woods framing distant structures, soft neon gradients, and the feeling that something exists just outside the frame.
“Alex” centers on the protagonist and the idea of connection, memory, and radio frequencies. The geometric signal motifs were used as visual echoes of the game’s supernatural communication themes.
“Through The Woods” shifts toward solitude and exploration, emphasizing space, silence, and the unsettling calm that Oxenfree captures so well.
